DDMRP​

Demand Driven Material Requirements Planning (DDMRP) is a new and significantly improved approach to traditional MRP and DRP. It delivers improved production and supply chain performance by reducing volatility and increasing stability. It assumes that your forecasts won't be accurate and it re-profiles your inventory so that you have the right stock at the right time all the way through the supply chain.

DDMRP is simple and visual and does not require degree-level maths to operate. It is intuitive and users like it. If there is a problem, it is easy to see where the problem is and what needs to be done to resolve it.
