How is it structured?

• A programme of coaching and teaching from an experienced mentor to enable you to deliver significant performance improvements at work and to achieve personal growth.

• Focused training input and one-to-one coaching sessions.

What does the programme cover?

The programme covers concepts, tools and techniques from the worlds of performance coaching, change management, performance measurement, lean six sigma, business process re-engineering, NLP and leadership, amongst others.

However, a list of content does not adequately describe your experience as it is only one part of the input that you will receive.  The key to achieving performance improvements is putting your ideas into practice in the most effective way possible and helping you to do this is the real focus of the programme.

The programme is your personal journey, running at a speed that suits you and your work project. Your learning and growth is my priority and the programme is scheduled to maximise your development and the results delivered in your project.

How much does the programme cost?

The investment in the core performance improvement programme comprising six hours of expert one-to-one coaching plus personally selected training modules, templates and tools is only £ 1250.

Additional coaching hours can be purchased at £150/hr.
